Teo Shir Chia

Teo Shir Chia has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Teo currently holds the position of Head of Logistics, Asia South at SWAROVSKI since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2018 to 2021 as an Operations Lead, where they successfully consolidated warehouses in APAC and managed daily operations. Teo also held the role of Regional Logistics Manager at Luxasia from 2016 to 2018 and at Apple from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Regional Supply Chain Manager at Essentra from 2015 to 2016 and as a Business Executive at Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2010.

Teo Shir Chia, CSCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. They also received additional certifications in Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn in 2020 and as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS The Association of Operations Management in 2011.
