Tin Quang Bui

Tin Quang Bui is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation, automation, and product development, currently serving as the Innovation/Automation Manager at SWAROVSKI since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing new manufacturing techniques, global technology transfer, and automation projects to establish an efficient factory in Vietnam. Prior to this role, Tin Quang Bui worked at Sonion from July 2018 to April 2022 as a Senior Product Development Engineer, leading development projects for hearing aid components while coaching engineers. Previous experience includes a position as a Senior Product/Process Operational Engineer at Pepperl+Fuchs GmbH and various engineering roles at Sonion focused on product development and production. Tin Quang Bui holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and Education.
