Tiffany Thompson

Tiffany Thompson is an experienced professional in the fields of community development, inclusivity, and program strategy within educational and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Dean of Inclusive Excellence and Community Development at Swarthmore College since August 2019, Tiffany has held various roles including Interim Associate Dean and Associate Director of Gender and Sexuality Initiatives. Prior to Swarthmore College, Tiffany worked at the University of Pennsylvania as the Associate Director of the LGBT Center and held significant positions at organizations such as Philadelphia Youth Network and Philadelphia FIGHT, where responsibilities included program strategy and development. Tiffany's educational background includes a BS in International Business/Marketing from Georgetown University and an MS in Strategic Communications from Temple University.
