Reza Naeeni

Reza Naeeni has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they worked at Gamelectronics as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and providing guidance for multiple projects. Reza also served as a Business System Analyst during the same period. From 2016 to 2018, Reza was employed at Novo Nordisk, where they held the position of People and Organization Process Owner. In this role, they managed organizational development programs, led development projects, facilitated executive leadership programs, and promoted the company's core values and culture essentials. Reza co-founded Swash in 2020 and served as the CEO, overseeing strategic operations. More recently, in 2022, they became a Strategic Advisor at both Amasa.io and Unbanx.

Reza Naeeni completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Multimedia University, which they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at KU Leuven, with a duration from 2011 to 2013.
