Ann Liu has over 20 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and project management. Currently serving as the Head Of Customer Service & Logistics at Swatch Group since June 2020, Ann previously held the position of Senior Manager, Global Customer Service at 宏達電 from May 2016 to May 2020. Prior to that role, Ann worked at Sony Mobile Communications in various capacities, including Product Manager and Sourcing Project Manager, from October 2007 to April 2016. Earlier career experience includes project management and business development roles at Telexpress Corporation and an executive assistant position at AstraZeneca. Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Literatures and Languages from National Taiwan University, earned from 1995 to 1998.
