Jeffrey Ball, MBA, is an experienced logistics and customer service professional currently serving as Head of Logistics and Customer Service for pladis Americas since August 2023. Previously, Jeffrey held the position of Sr. Director of Logistics & Customer Service at Godiva Chocolatier for a brief period in mid-2023. With a strong background in distribution and operations, experience spans roles such as Director of Distribution at Lovesac, Senior Manager of DC Operations and Strategy at The Hain Celestial Group, and Logistics Manager at Nestlé Waters.
