Fabio Rollo

Fabio Rollo is a finance professional with extensive experience in controlling and financial management across various industries. Since February 2015, Rollo has served as Group Controller for Production at Swatch Group, overseeing multiple production companies and luxury brands, as well as subsidiaries in North America and the Caribbean. Prior to this role, Rollo was Finance & Controlling Director for the Refining Business Unit at Metalor Technologies SA from July 2010 to February 2015, managing a team and reporting directly to executive leadership. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Analyst at MGI Luxury Group, where Rollo focused on business monitoring and implementation plans, as well as a role as Head of Controlling at Groupe E. Rollo holds a degree in Economics from Université de Neuchâtel and has completed additional studies at the University of Geneva.
