Yvan Moreau

Yvan Moreau is an accomplished finance and business leader with extensive experience, currently serving as CFO, CPO, Head of Real Estate, and Head of Sustainability at Swatch Group since December 2006. Overseeing a diverse team of approximately 150 within a company that employs 6,000 and generates a turnover of €1 billion, Yvan is instrumental in managing finance, controlling, legal, tax, procurement, real estate, and industrial strategy. Additional roles include previous positions at Swatch Group as CFO for UK and Ireland, where notable achievements included restructuring and relocating the Head Office, and as Head of Internal Control at Credit Agricole Consumer Finance. Yvan began a tenure as President at FFB - Fabrique de Fourniture de Bonnétage in January 2022. An alumnus of prestigious institutions such as HEC Paris and IMD, Yvan's educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurship and advanced finance and accounting degrees.
