Laura Gump

Laura Gump is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sports training and project management. As the owner of Swax Lax LLC since December 2014, Laura focuses on providing safer indoor training solutions for lacrosse coaches and players. Previously, as Director of Swax Lax Lacrosse from January 2007 to January 2024, Laura aimed to boost self-confidence among K-10th grade girls and K-6th grade boys through lacrosse. Laura also served as a Lacrosse Coach at Kent Place School from January 2008 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Laura held roles as Project Manager at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and Public Policy Manager at Pfizer. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Health Policy from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Russian Studies from the University of Rochester, and participated in a Visiting Undergraduate Program at Harvard University focusing on Government and Russian Studies.
