Glenn Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contact center management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Contact Center Performance Management at SWBC since September 2017, Glenn leads multi-site inbound and outbound contact centers and collaborates with Sales and Product teams to develop member-focused solutions for a diverse credit union client base. Prior roles include Program Project Management and Supplier Governance at USAA, where Glenn was instrumental in managing contact center support and developing governance programs. Additional experiences span consulting roles at SolomonEdwardsGroup and Bridgeforce, along with significant leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citigroup/The Associates, where Glenn managed large teams and substantial budgets. Glenn holds a Certified SAF­­­e® Agilist (SA) designation and has furthered education through Leadership San Antonio.
