Alicia Libby has extensive experience in marketing, operations management, and team leadership across various industries. At Target, Alicia served as Executive Team Leader, responsible for day-to-day operations and employee mentoring from September 2011 to April 2014. Prior to that, Alicia worked as Marketing Manager at 3tarchitects (May 2009 - September 2011) and Winston Flowers (November 2001 - April 2009), where significant contributions included developing actionable marketing strategies and spearheading rebranding initiatives. Currently, Alicia holds the position of Senior Associate and Business Operations Manager at SWBR, having also worked as Director of Operations & Business Development at 3tarchitects within the SWBR framework from April 2014 to April 2022.
