Brandi Cummings

Brandi Cummings is a seasoned environmental planner with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Environmental Planner and Lead Environmental Planner at SWCA Environmental Consultants since August 2018. Brandi has held leadership roles as President and Treasurer of the AEP Channel Counties Chapter since April 2018 and is actively involved in the Central Coast Section of the American Planning Association, California Chapter, as Diversity, Equity, Membership Officer, and Social Media Officer. Prior roles include various planning and environmental specialist positions with the County of San Luis Obispo from March 2013 to August 2018 and legal assistant roles at Wilson & Pettine, LLP, and Jencks and Company Law Offices. Brandi's career began with an environmental internship and a role as a community advisor while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Protection at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2010.
