Francis Hoey

Francis Hoey has worked as a Field Biologist and Ecological Technician II at SWCA Environmental Consultants since May 2018. Prior to that, from June 2016 to September 2017, they worked as a Seasonal Laborer I at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Francis Hoey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they acquired a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (CORE) from the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources in June 2018. Francis also earned a Commercial Operator Certificate from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection in May 2018.
