Rachel Brown

Rachel Brown is an accomplished Project Controls Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants, with a focus on financial tracking and project management for large contracts since June 2017. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Senior Project Controls Analyst and Project Controls Specialist, contributing to environmental and development initiatives at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, where collaboration among member governments was key to managing TCEQ contracts. Earlier experience includes working as a GIS Analyst for the City of Austin, where strong analytical skills were applied to stormwater drainage strategies. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Texas A&M University, complemented by minors in GIS and Geography.
