Sarah Rambeau has a diverse range of work experience in communications, marketing, and community engagement.

Sarah began their career in 2009 as a TEFL Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Cameroon, where they taught English and organized educational seminars for teenage girls.

In 2012, they joined Trash for Peace as a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator, where they developed and implemented a successful social media campaign to expand the organization's reach.

Sarah then worked as a Marketing and Development Program Assistant at De Paul Treatment Centers in 2013, where they supported the marketing and development team's efforts to increase brand awareness and engagement through social media and market research.

From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CH2M as a Digital Communications Specialist, playing a key role in the company's brand and culture transformation program. Sarah developed content and social media strategies, led trainings, managed social media channels, and facilitated the implementation of a new website.

In 2016, they joined Effective Inc. as a Marketing and Community Engagement Manager, and in 2017, they moved to Arcadis as a Digital Content Strategist, where they led brand storytelling and communication strategies.

Sarah's most recent role was at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where they worked as a Communications and Content Marketing Manager, responsible for external communications and content creation.

Sarah Rambeau received a Mini MBA in Brand Management from Marketing Week in 2021. Sarah also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism Graphics and Digital Media from Ball State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Sarah obtained a certification in "Unlocking Authentic Communication in a Culturally-Diverse Workplace" from LinkedIn in December 2021.
