Victoria Amato

Victoria Amato is a seasoned Principal Planner and Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants, with expertise in forestry and fire management planning. Since joining the company in February 2007, Victoria has successfully developed over 70 Community Wildfire Protection Plans across several states, including Colorado, Alaska, New Mexico, Montana, California, New York, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Prior to this role, Victoria served as a Graduate Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the Forestry Department at Colorado State University from August 2004 to January 2007, under the supervision of Phil Omi. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Forestry from Colorado State University, a Master's degree in Natural Resource Management from The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor's degree in Physical and Human Geography from the University of Exeter.
