Victoria Casteel

Victoria Casteel has extensive work experience in the field of environmental planning and compliance. Victoria worked at SWCA Environmental Consultants from December 2019 to the present, serving as a Project Environmental Planner, Water Resources Specialist, and Technical Editor.
