Gregory J Scaven has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Gregory J is currently the Chief Executive Officer of SWD, a leading manufacturer of construction materials. Greg is also an adjunct professor at Lehigh University and a partner and CEO at Family Transitions-Programs That Work. Previously, they served as the CEO and Founder of Scaven Enterprises LLC, retired as the past president of Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company, and worked as a Senior Vice President and Executive Advisor at Lean Focus. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company, Zodiac Automotive US, Inc., Simula Automotive Safety Devices, Inc., and Talley Defense Systems.

Gregory J Scaven completed their undergraduate education from 1981 to 1985 at Lehigh University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Gregory J continued their education at the University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1987, specializing in the field of Chemical Engineering, and received a Master of Science in Engineering degree.
