Fred Boulenger is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in sustainability consulting and process improvement. Currently serving as a Transformation Lead at bMonkeys, they lead a team to implement sustainable business solutions while leveraging tools such as the Doughnut framework and Life Cycle Assessment. Fred has held various senior roles, including Director of Engineering at Nussbaumer and Senior Consultant at numerous organizations, where they focused on strategy development, change management, and operational excellence. They are also an invited professor at ISIB, teaching topics related to circular economy and energy efficiency. Fred is actively pursuing multiple certifications in sustainable management and risk assessment at Ichec Brussels Management School.
