Hailey Bates

Hailey Bates has a diverse range of work experience in the fitness industry. Hailey started their career with Orangetheory Fitness in 2017 as an Assistant Manager and held the same position until 2019. In 2019, they joined StretchLab Franchise as a Sales Manager and later became a Studio Manager. The following year, Hailey worked as a General Manager at CycleBar and also served as a Cycle Instructor. In 2021, they joined F45 Training where they held multiple roles, including Studio Manager, Coach, and Regional Manager. Currently, they are working at SWEAT440 as a Studio Manager. Hailey has gained extensive experience in managing fitness studios, coaching, sales, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Hailey Bates attended East Carolina University from 2013 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications. In March 2018, they became a Registered Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance. In February 2020, they obtained certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED from the American Heart Association. Most recently, in August 2021, they became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
