Jason Fang

Jason Fang has six years of work experience. Jason began their career in 2009 as a Project Manager at Byd Company Limited. During their time there, they developed good professional quality, especially in the concept of time, goal, cost, and mastered the entire management system and knowledge of project management. In 2012, they were honored as an excellent employee of the business department. In 2014, they moved to SEHNZHEN CK TELECOM COMMUNICATION LIMITED as a Product Manager. During their time there, they collected and analyzed customer needs, produced CAD engineering drawings, formed teams to establish projects, evaluated project costs and risks, and formulated implementation plans and goals. In 2020, they joined SweatWorks as a Sr.HW Project Manager. In this role, they managed China team daily operations, worked with China partners to ensure that all projects were delivered on time, developed detailed project plans to track progress, and created and maintained comprehensive project documentation.

Jason Fang attended Hunan University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Jason then attended Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration.
