Leticia Giraudo

Leticia Giraudo has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Leticia began their career in 2014 as a Degree professor of performance and intervention in labor contexts at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an HR Responsible & IT Sr Recruiter at Contrata Uruguay and as an HR Responsible at Fundación Canguro. In 2019, they became a Strategy & HR Senior Consultant at CPA Ferrere. In 2021, they were a People and Culture Manager for Latam at Vanguard X and an HR Manager for Argentina, Mexico, US and Uruguay at Asignet Technology DNA. Finally, in 2022, they are currently HR Manager for Latam, China & Philippines at SweatWorks.

Leticia Giraudo obtained their Psychology bachelor degree from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' in 2014. In 2016, they completed an HR specialization degree from the same university. In 2019, they began their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidad ORT Uruguay, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Leticia has also obtained four additional certifications, including a Scrum Master Course from Peregrinus in 2021, a Working in OKRs: Conocimientos y Creencias Fundamentales from Udemy in 2021, a PPA Thomas International Certification from Thomas International in 2020, and a Reclutamiento y Selección de Perfiles IT from Identifica Capital Humano in 2015.
