Lucy Franklin has a diverse work experience in the field of visual merchandising and styling. Lucy started their career as an In-store Visual Merchandiser at Oasis Regent Street in 2004. Lucy then moved on to become a London Flagship Display Co-ordinator at Oasis Stores Ltd., where they managed display aspects and developed window styling guidelines for 4 flagship stores. Following that, Lucy worked as a Visual Display Coordinator at kew.159 / Jigsaw, where they coordinated windows, catalogues, and events, and was involved in creative concept development. Lucy later worked freelance as a VM & Stylist before joining Gap Inc./ Banana Republic as a VM Coordinator, Associate Visual Manager, and eventually as a Store Experience Manager - Europe. In these roles, they were responsible for translating global visual and styling strategies for the EU market, developing merchandise placement and seasonal VM strategies, and representing EU VM at global line confirmation. Currently, Lucy is working as the Head of Visual at Sweaty Betty, where they lead the visual team.
Lucy Franklin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Visual Merchandising Management from the University of the Arts London. Lucy attended the university from 2001 to 2004, focusing on their area of study during that time.
