Julia Zantke

Julia Zantke is the current President of Sweco in Germany and Central Europe. Julia has previously worked as CFO Europe, Middle East, UK at Arcadis from June 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the finance director at Bilfinger from October 2012 to October 2016, where they were responsible for all commercial matters in the division. Julia also worked as head of controlling and member of the management board at JS Holding GmbH & Co. KG (Dr. Peters Group) from April 2009 to October 2012, where they were responsible for controlling, internal audit, IT, HR and general administration of the entire Dr. Peters Group, as well as the financial leadership of the owner’s three automobile dealerships. From November 2016 to May 2017, they worked as CFO at GFKL Financial Services GmbH. Additionally, they have also worked as interim-manager at LIMO Lissotschenko Microoptik GmbH from March 2016 to October 2016, and as chief risk officer at HVB Leasing GmbH from January 2004 to March 2009.

Julia Zantke completed their Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Economics at Yale University and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Economics and Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley.

They are on a team with Katarina Grönwall - Kommunikationsdirektör, Eugene Grüter - President, Sweco Netherlands, and Elaine Weidman Grunewald - Director. Julia Zantke reports to Åsa Bergman, CEO.
