Paula de Kartzow Duran

Paula De Kartzow Duran is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Group & IT at Sweco since May 2022, Paula previously held positions as HR Manager at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden and HR Business Partner at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines and Schneider Electric. At Schneider Electric, Paula contributed to multiple business areas and held several leadership roles, including Prime HR Business Partner for the Northern Europe Energy Zone. Additional experience includes HR Consultant at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency and various roles in project management and business development.
