Zhixian Hu

Zhixian Hu currently serves as an Utredare hydraulisk modellering at Sweco since August 2023. Prior to this role, Zhixian held an internship as an Environmental Engineer at Bjerking from January to March 2023 and completed a Master Thesis at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, focusing on "Modelling the Human-Flood Interactions" from September 2021 to August 2022. Zhixian also served as an International Student Ambassador at KTH, conducting campus tours and engaging with prospective students. Earlier experience includes working as a Water Treatment Engineer at Kaifeng no.3 Water Treatment Unit in July and August 2018. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Water and Wastewater Engineering from Southeast University, and further studies in Environmental Engineering Technology at the Technical University of Munich, Climate Change and Environmental Governance at the University of Cambridge, and ongoing intensive Swedish language studies at Åsö Vuxengymnasium.
