Karl Castor

Karl Castor currently serves as Chief Cyber Security at Swedavia AB since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading risk identification, audits, technical security controls, security incident management, and cooperation with internal and external parties. Prior to this role, Karl worked at 2Secure as an Information Security Consultant and MSS/CSIRT Operation Manager, and at Certezza as an IT Security Consultant, focusing on penetration testing and network security. Additional experience includes positions within the Swedish Armed Forces as Team Leader and Project Manager, as well as roles in local government and the software industry. Karl holds a certification in Web App Penetration Testing & Ethical Hacking from SANS Technology Institute and has studied at Uppsala University and Stockholm University.
