Dhivya Nagappan

Dhivya Nagappan is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile professional with a diverse background in software development and project management. Currently serving at Swedbank as a Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist since October 2022, Dhivya has previously held significant positions at Bayer and Tata Consultancy Services, excelling as an Agile Delivery Lead and Scrum of Scrum. Notable accomplishments include leading product delivery at H&M, where responsibilities encompassed engaging with various stakeholders and facilitating design thinking workshops. Dhivya also possesses a strong foundation in software development, having worked at Nielsen and Verizon as a Software Developer, alongside early career experiences that include Quality Management roles and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Pondicherry Engineering College, completed in 2007.
