Ingvar Mattsson

Ingvar Mattsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Senior ESG Advisor at Swedbank since August 2019, Mattsson has also held roles such as Senior ESG Specialist, Head of Sustainability at Swedbank Försäkring, and Senior Corporate Analyst. Prior to this, Mattsson was a Director at S&P Global Ratings for a brief period in early 2019 and spent over a decade at Swedbank as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst. Previous positions include Senior Riskanalytiker at SEB and Specialist at ABB, among others. Mattsson holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Uppsala University, a Master of Science in Risk Management from Karlstad University, a Master of Science in Economics from Stockholm University, and a Licentiate degree in Geophysics from Uppsala University.
