Mats Hovmöller

Mats Hovmöller is an experienced management consultant and executive currently serving as the Head of the Data Transformation Office and Head of Strategic Transformation at Swedbank since October 2021. As the Founder and CEO of GCG AB since November 2010, Mats has focused on consulting clients in the software and telecommunications sectors. Prior to this, Mats held several senior roles at Capgemini Invent from 2012 to 2021, including Vice President and Head of Digital Transformation and Organizational Performance, overseeing a team of over 50 consultants. Mats also served as CEO of Acumem AB, where optimization software was provided to prestigious clients such as Microsoft and Intel, and held key sales leadership positions at Tilgin AB and i3 micro technology ab. Mats's career began with consulting roles at Gemini Consulting, and academic credentials include a Master of Science in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics and attendance at McGill University.
