Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Product Owner for Group Risk, ALM, Market Risk, and Risk Aggregation at Swedbank since December 2022. Previously, Paul held the position of Head of Strategy at Zimpler, developing the organization's strategic initiatives and establishing an M&A pipeline. With a strong background in technology transformation, Paul has also worked at EY as a Director and served in various roles at Swedbank, including Chief Product Owner for the Swedish Data Warehouse and BCBS 239 RDARR Program Lead. Additionally, Paul has extensive experience in outsourcing advisory services, having led initiatives across Nordic and global markets while at EY, Tata Consultancy Services, and Burnt Oak Partners Ltd. Paul holds a degree from the University of Birmingham and completed education at Stockport Grammar.
