Loes van Rheen serves as the ESG & Impact Data Manager at Swedfund International since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Sustainability/ESG analyst at the World Benchmarking Alliance, where Loes focused on benchmarking influential companies and assessing important social disclosures. Loes has also held project management positions at Sustainable-Matters Impact Project Management and NewForesight Consultancy, specializing in market transformation strategies for prominent FMCG companies. As the founder of Maganda, Loes initiated a socially responsible shoe brand aimed at improving market opportunities for artisans. Earlier work includes a marketing project manager role at UTZ Certified, where Loes significantly increased market share for Utz labeled products, and as a financial projects consultant at EY. Loes holds an MSc in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management and has completed leadership training for social enterprise professionals.
