Joy Miller

Joy Miller currently serves as a Nursing Manager and Administrative Nursing Supervisor at Swedish Issaquah Campus, overseeing staff and patient placement in a rapidly growing hospital environment since July 2012. Prior to this role, Joy was the Clinic Nurse Manager for Swedish Heart and Vascular from February 2010 to July 2012, where responsibilities included fostering staff development and managing schedules for over 40 nurses and medical assistants. Joy has a strong foundation in nursing management, having worked as a Charge Nurse for the Cardiac Surgical Telemetry Unit at Swedish Medical Center from August 2000 to February 2010, where in-depth experience was gained in managing complex cardiac care and leading quality improvement initiatives.
