Robert Andrews

Robert Andrews joined the Swedish Board in August 2015. He founded Northwest Retail Partners, Ltd. in September of 1992. Andrews has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate, including strategic planning, market penetration, retail development and leasing, project planning, and disposition of surplus properties. Prior to founding Northwest Retail Partners, Andrews worked with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, dealing in a variety of areas including finance, property management, appraisals, commercial real estate sales and leasing. He has provided long-term counsel/representation to a number of prominent companies including Bed Bath & Beyond, Whole Foods, Cabela’s, Kohl’s, Nordstrom Rack, Home Depot, Hollywood Video and Magnolia Hi-Fi. Andrews received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two boys.
