Nils Erlimo has over 17 years of work experience in communications and public affairs. Nils started their career as an intern at Telenor and later worked as a substitute. Nils then moved on to SABHF, where they worked as an Informasjonsmedarbeider. Erlimo joined Expert AS in 2004, where they served as a Communications Manager and a Kommunikasjonsrådgiver. Nils was responsible for internal communications, media spokesperson duties, and brand building. In 2010, Erlimo joined Swedish Match as the Manager of Consumer PR before being promoted to the PA and Communications Manager, and later as the Communications Director. Erlimo played a crucial role in developing political and media networks, aligning commercial goals with regulatory landscapes, and establishing a culture of psychological safety. Additionally, they served as a Communications Advisor at Rom Eiendom AS, where they were responsible for annual reports, web pages, PR, and internal communications.

Nils Erlimo holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Volda University College (HVO) obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Grunnfag in Utviklingsstudier from Oslo and Akershus University College in 2000 to 2001. In 1998 to 2000, Nils studied Statsvitenskap and obtained a mellomfag from the University of Oslo. Continuing their educational journey, they pursued a Broaden Business perspective at HEC Paris in 2019. Following that, Nils attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2019 to 2020, where they earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. Currently, Nils is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management at MIT Sloan School of Management, starting from 2020.
