Nina Johansson

Nina Johansson is an experienced professional in innovation and development within the tobacco industry, currently serving as Innovation Manager Technology for nicotine pouches and Manager Development Snus at Swedish Match since September 2016. In this role, Nina leads a development team focused on research and product development for snus products in the Nordic market. Previous experience includes a position as an Educational Secretary at Chalmers University of Technology and as a Project Coordinator participating in the establishment of a new Biology and Biotechnology department. Nina also held a doctoral position in Systems Biology, with a dissertation centered on ethylene production in S. cerevisiae, and has experience as a Product Developer at Arla Foods. Nina obtained a Biotechnology degree from Chalmers University of Technology and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Universiteit Utrecht.
