Natalia Theander

Natalia Theander currently serves as Enhetschef at the Swedish Migration Agency, overseeing the Administrative Unit in southern Sweden with budgetary and personnel responsibilities for 20 employees, and previously managing the Reception Unit in Kristianstad with 35 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Enhetschef in social psychiatry at Lunds kommun and Team Leader at Migrationsverket in Malmö, where Natalia began as a caseworker during the refugee crisis.
