Ingela Pihl

Ingela Pihl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1997, they worked at the Swedish Board of Agriculture as a Handling Officer for the International Trade Unit, where they managed EU trade regulations and represented Sweden at the European Commission in Brussels. In 2000, they transitioned to a consultant role at Strålfors TradeCom Solutions before becoming a Project Manager at Vendimo Business Solutions in 2001. Ingela'sresponsibilities included implementing CRM software as part of larger ERP projects for multinational organizations. In 2004, they joined IFS as a Project Manager, responsible for implementing IFS CRM software. From 2005 to 2015, Ingela worked at SuperOffice Sweden AB, initially as a Project Manager and later as the Manager of Consulting Services. Ingela oversaw a team and was responsible for service delivery, sales processes, and customer engagements. In 2015, they became self-employed, offering consulting services in CRM, project management, sales, marketing, and support processes. From 2016 to 2018, Ingela served as the President of SWEA Chicago, managing the chapter and fostering cooperation with other Swedish organizations in the area. Finally, since 2017, they have been working at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) in various roles, including Senior Strategic Project Manager, Commercial Effectiveness Director, and currently as the Head of Information Systems at Global IS/IT. In this position, they manage business systems and leads teams responsible for ERP & BI, Veeva Development Cloud, and Veeva Commercial Cloud.

Ingela Pihl has a strong educational background in business and technology. Ingela obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organisation and Economics with a specialization in Innovation from Halmstad University in 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computerbased business administration, specializing in Marketing, also at Halmstad University, in 1996. Ingela completed their high school education at Duveholmsgymnasiet, focusing on Business, from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Ingela holds a certification as a Veeva CRM Certified Admin from Veeva Systems.
