Dr. Michael Wilson, a PhD with a BCMAS, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Micheal currently works at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) as the Global Medical Training Lead and previously served as the Associate Director of Global Scientific Affairs - Immunology & Specialty Care. Prior to this, they were a Scientific Communications Manager at Roche, focusing on Alzheimer's Disease. Micheal Wilson, PhD, BCMAS, has a strong educational background in the fields of Oceanography/Marine Natural Product Biosynthesis and Biochemistry/Marine Biology. Micheal obtained their Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Marine Biology from UCLA in 2004. Micheal then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Oceanography/Marine Natural Product Biosynthesis from UC San Diego, which they completed in 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained additional certifications in Medical Affairs, including being a Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist from the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) and completing the Group 1: Medical and Scientific Affairs training from the CITI Program. These certifications were obtained in 2021.
