Thomas Nilsson

Thomas Nilsson has a diverse work experience in supply chain and logistics management.

Thomas started their career in 2000 at AstraZeneca, where they worked as a Material and Production Planner and later took on roles as a Project Manager for various supply chain improvement projects.

In 2009, they joined Xylem Inc. as a Manager in Operations Strategy and Logistics, where they were responsible for developing and executing manufacturing and logistics strategies.

In 2017, they moved to Fresenius Kabi as a Manager in Supply Chain Planning, focusing on supply chain management.

Finally, in 2019, they joined Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) as Head of Global Supply Operations, overseeing supply planning, distribution, transportation, and trade compliance.

Thomas also served as Interim Head of Global Manufacturing & Supply in 2022.

Throughout their career, they demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successfully driving supply chain objectives and projects.

Thomas Nilsson graduated with an MSC in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University in the years 1995 to 2000. In 1998 to 1999, they were an exchange student at Technische Universität Braunschweig, studying Produktionswirtschaft. In 2019, Thomas attended Chefakademin and obtained a UGL degree in Ledarskap (Leadership).
