Anne Gynnerstedt

Anne Gynnerstedt has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel, currently serving as a board member for SVT and Enea AB since 2024 and for the Swedish Space Corporation since 2015. Previously, Anne held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Security & Resilience at Vattenfall until August 2024 and contributed as a board member for the Aktiemarknadens Självregleringskommitté from 2021 to 2023. Additional roles include Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Saab from 2004 to 2012, and various board memberships, such as Green Cargo and Stockholms handelskammares skiljedomsinstitut. Anne began their legal career at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, serving as Corporate Legal Counsel from 1987 to 2002, and also worked as General Counsel and Risk Manager at Riksgälden between 2002 and 2004.
