Peter Söderberg

Peter Söderberg is the current Affärsutvecklingschef at Swedol. Prior to this, they served as Head of Business Development at Swedol AB from May 2016 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for strategy, business development, and mergers & acquisitions. Peter was also a member of the Group Magagement Team.

From 2002 to 2016, Peter was a Partner at Occam Associates AB. In this role, they managed and delivered consulting assignments, as well as being responsible for finance, recruiting, training, quality, and project methodology within the firm. Peter has extensive experience with strategy development, due diligence, organisational development, process improvement, cost reduction, and business process outsourcing. Peter also has significant hands-on business experience dealing with clients and suppliers, as well as participating in contract negotiations between clients and third parties. Peter's industry experience includes financial services, construction and building materials, private equity, retailing and consumer goods, industrial goods, and high tech.

Peter Söderberg has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Peter also has a High School diploma in the Science branch from Rudbecksskolan in Sollentuna, Sweden. Furthermore, they have a High School diploma in Senior Grade from West Jordan High School in West Jordan, Utah.

They are on a team with Ann Gårdmark - HR-chef, Håkan Wanselius - Chef Koncept- och sortimentutveckling, and Ulf Eriksson - IT-Chef. Peter Söderberg reports to Clein Johansson Ullenvik, President and CEO.
