Amy Efroymson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Amy is currently serving as the Principal at etairosHR since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director at Altius Institute for Biomedical Sciences from 2016 onwards. Before that, they held the position of HR Director at Sweeney Conrad, P.S. starting in 2010. Amy also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Avitus Group from 2016 to 2021. Their previous experience includes serving as HR Director at Helly Hansen from 2000 to 2020 and Principal at HRnovations, Inc. from 1998 to 2016. Amy began their career as an HR Manager at Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in 1991 and later served as a Regional HR Director at Cardinal Health from 1996 to 1998. Overall, Amy has demonstrated a strong background in HR leadership roles across a variety of industries.
Amy Efroymson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Whitman College. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
