Ying Peng (Penny)

Ying (Penny) Peng is a Tax Associate at Sweeney Conrad, P.S. since January 2023, previously serving as a Staff Tax Accountant at KBF CPAs from August 2021 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Ying worked as a Reservation and Ticketing Executive at Cathay Pacific Airways from February 2012 to March 2015. Ying holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the UW Foster School of Business (2020-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance with a Minor in Economics from the University of Washington Bothell (2017-2019), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bellevue College (2015-2017). Ying also earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Civil Aviation University of China (2008-2012).
