Joanne Miraglia

Joanne Miraglia has extensive experience in legal administration, currently serving as the Assistant VP of Business Partners at the Association of Legal Administrators since 2009, where responsibilities include coordinating membership recruitment and onboarding. Additionally, Joanne has been the Office Administrator at Sweeney & Sheehan, P.C. since 1979, overseeing daily operations for a firm with over 60 employees, managing a team of 29 direct reports, and directing the billing process. Joanne has also been instrumental in staff management and office renovation projects, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Joanne holds a High School Diploma from Little Flower High School.
