Tamba Baldé

Tamba Baldé has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Business Operations Intern for DFLAT Madrid Accommodation Services, where they identified potential clients for recruitment at professional networking events, managed a database of potential clients, and performed initial outreach by making cold calls, making pitches, and assessing potential client interest. In 2015, they worked as an Autonomous Vehicle Testing Operations for Google, where they assisted in the development and testing on Waymo's Self-Driving Vehicle Project, created and executed high complexity testing scenarios, and led a team to create weekly and monthly vehicle checklists and operational tasks. In 2016, they were a Co-Founder of Sweep, where they actively created and managed business development strategies, and routinely assessed market feasibility and areas of new product application. In 2020, they became the Partner & Business Operations for Vordermann US, a growth marketing and business strategy firm. In 2021, they became a Business Development Partner for JENTIS GmbH.

Tamba Baldé completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of California, Merced in 2016, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tamba also completed a Bachelor of Economics from the same university in 2016, with a field of study in Development Economics, Econometrics, and Organizational Strategy. In 2017, they obtained a certification from Y Combinator's Startup School Online.
