Cyril Agosta has a wealth of experience in software engineering. Cyril began their career in 2012 working as a Junior Software Developer at TalkMap. In 2013, they moved to fifty-five as a Junior Software Developer, where they developed and rolled-out a data visualisation dashboard using JavaScript, Java. In 2015, Cyril joined Hachette Book Group as a Software Engineer, where they developed and rolled out new features for a game editor using JavaScript, Java, and improved product usability and performance by a factor of 10. Cyril also implemented and maintained Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines. In 2017, Cyril moved to Le Figaro as a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented a GraphQL API in a high traffic environment using Apollo Server, JavaScript, and TDD. Cyril also rolled out a new frontend using server-side rendering, Next.js, and React. In 2019, Cyril joined Livestorm as a Senior Software Engineer, where they refactored application authentication and authorization system using Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, JWT tokens, and TDD. Cyril also refactored and maintained a GraphQL API using Apollo Server, TypeScript, and built a new integration test environment. In 2021, Cyril moved to Claap as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built a lovable asynchronous communication software within a few months. Cyril also designed and implemented a serverless cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK, Organizations, SSO, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3, Cloudfront, Cognito, Cloudwatch and designed and implemented a GraphQL API using Apollo Server, TypeScript, DynamoDB, and TDD. Cyril's current role is Senior Software Engineer at Sweep, where they began in 2022.
Cyril Agosta attended HETIC from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a BsC in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended the Toulouse School of Economics from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics.
