Pierre-Alain Bouchard

Pierre-Alain Bouchard is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at SWEEP since December 2024, Bouchard previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Swile from November 2022 to October 2024. Bouchard's tenure at Zendesk spanned from May 2014 to November 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Engineering & Managing Director, focusing on customer analytics and leading the mobile engineering group. Additional roles include VP of Engineering at PayFit from July 2019 to April 2020 and Founder - Chief Technology Officer at ReferStar from July 2013 to May 2014.
