Jan Cimra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied informatics science from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave in 2011. Jan then pursued a Master's degree in Cognitive Science from the same university, completing it in 2014. As part of their studies, they also participated in the Erasmus exchange program at the University of Vienna in 2012-2013. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL foundation certification from EXIN.
