Daiva Darčianovaitė

Daiva Darčianovaitė began their career in 2013 as a Sales Specialist at Raben Group. In 2015, they moved to The Training Centre of the Ministry of Finance as a Training Manager, responsible for the organization and administration of trainings for public sector employees. In 2017, they joined Intechcentras (Engineering Industries Association of Lithuania LINPRA) as a Project Manager-Coordinator, responsible for the coordination of EU sponsored projects in Lithuania and the coordinator of a knowledge-sharing group. In 2021, they joined SweepBright as an HR Project Manager, in charge of employee onboarding and training.

Daiva Darčianovaitė completed a Bachelor's degree in History from Vilnius University between 2006 and 2010, followed by a Master's degree in Heritage Protection from the same university between 2011 and 2013.
